We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By placing an order with The Panel Hub, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: If your order is shipped later than the latest estimated delivery date, you will receive $10 store credit per late day (calculated based on the latest promised delivery date at checkout). Custom-made products are non-refundable and not eligible for chargebacks. Customers may only initiate a chargeback for full-priced items; products purchased with discounts, coupons, or promotional offers are not eligible. The estimated delivery time is clearly stated on each product page and at checkout. Orders that are still within the stated delivery timeframe are not eligible for chargebacks. If a customer is unable to assemble the product, The Panel Hub will arrange an assembly service within 7 days. Customers must wait for this service before attempting to initiate a chargeback.

If an item has minor cosmetic damage, The Panel Hub will provide a self-repair kit free of charge. Customers must attempt to use the repair kit before initiating a chargeback. Due to the nature of materials used, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for chargebacks. Before initiating a chargeback, customers must first contact The Panel Hub support at least three (3) times via [email protected] or [email protected]. All claims must be accompanied by clear photos and videos of the issue. Customers must provide an unboxing video showing the sealed package before opening. Without an unboxing video, claims for damage, missing parts, or defects will not be accepted. If a customer fails to respond to three (3) consecutive communication attempts for order-related confirmations, The Panel Hub will consider the matter resolved, and the customer will no longer be eligible to initiate a chargeback.

Customers agree to attempt resolution with The Panel Hub before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and account suspension. By placing an order, you legally agree to these terms, ensuring a fair resolution process for all parties involved.  You must read and acknowledge these terms and conditions.

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are determined by the quantity of products you order. The cost of delivery will vary based on the size of the panels and the number of boxes in your order. Please refer to the table below for specific shipping fees based on your order details.

Orders will ship within 2-3 business days of processing payment unless noted when the order is placed, or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or after placing the order. Orders may be delivered separately. All purchases through The Panel Hub are made under a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title to such items passes to you upon your tender to the carrier.  

Delivery Address
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. We must keep the shipping address the same once your order has been prepared or shipped. Suppose a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent. In that case, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally, packages are returned to The Panel Hub as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to The Panel Hub, please get in touch with The Panel Hub to make arrangements for reshipment.

We're so confident our acoustic panels work, we'll pay you $100 if your neighbors still complain about noise.

How to claim:

1. Install our acoustic panels (minimum 60% wall coverage on shared walls)
2. If your neighbor files a written police report about noise from your unit within 1 year of installation
3. Send us the police report + your order number + installation photos
4. We send you $100

Rules:

• US customers only
• Acoustic panels only (not decorative-only products)
• Police report must be official (not texts, emails, or chat)
• One claim per household per year
• Submit within 14 days of the police report
• Noise must come from walls we paneled (not ceiling, not your own noise)

REWARDS PROGRAM
Program changes. We may update, pause, or end the rewards program at any time, with or without notice. Points, credits, and pending rewards have no cash value and are not personal property. Earned balances may be adjusted, expired, or removed at our discretion, including when an account is inactive, closed, or under review.

Eligibility and rewards. Participation is offered as a courtesy and is not guaranteed. We may decline to issue, delay, reduce, or revoke rewards, including for orders that are returned, refunded, disputed, charged back, suspected of abuse, or that fall outside normal customer use. Where a reward has already been applied, we may collect the equivalent value from a future order or balance.

Service. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or discontinue service, orders, accounts, or program participation for any reason permitted by law. This includes situations where we determine, in our sole judgment, that continuing would not be in the interest of the business or other customers.

Fraud and abuse. Creating multiple accounts, using disposable email addresses, exploiting referral loops, coordinating returns, or any activity intended to inflate rewards is prohibited. We may forfeit all balances, void pending rewards, and close associated accounts without notice.

Reversal window. Rewards issued in error, or tied to an order later refunded, returned, canceled, or charged back, may be reversed, deducted from future balances, or invoiced to the customer for up to 180 days after issuance.

Non-transferable. Rewards are tied to the originating customer account and email address. They cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, combined across accounts, or assigned to a third party. Balances do not survive account merges initiated by the customer without our written confirmation.

Verification. We may require identity verification before honoring a redemption, including a matching shipping address, proof of the original purchase, or government-issued identification for high-value rewards. Redemptions may be declined or delayed where verification is not provided.
