Return & Refund Policy

We are happy to offer a 60-day return policy to customers worldwide.

This policy reflects our commitment to providing a hassle-free shopping experience. We want you to be able to transform your space with ease, trying out your new furniture in your home before making a long-term commitment.

We’re able to offer this extended return window because we have full confidence in the quality of our products. The majority of our customers are highly satisfied with their purchases, with only a small percentage initiating returns.

We understand that flexibility is important, but we reserve the right to approve returns based on the condition of the item and its packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  1. The item must be new, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  2. Not eligible for return: Items that are damaged, scratched, stained, or altered.
  3. Only items in their original and undamaged packaging will be accepted for return.

Please note that:

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refund: The refund will be for the item subtotal and item tax, excluding any shipping charges.

Cancellations & Exclusions

Within 24 Hours of Order Placement
Orders canceled within 24 hours of order placement and prior to our warehouse picking the order for shipment will receive a refund of the order’s subtotal, minus a 5% cancellation fee.

After 24 Hours of Order Placement
Orders canceled after 24 hours of order placement and prior to our warehouse picking the order for shipment will receive a refund of the order’s subtotal, minus a 10% cancellation fee.

After Shipment or In Transit
Once an order has shipped or is in transit, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer need the product, please accept delivery and request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Made-to-Order Products

For customized products or special requests made according to specific customer requirements, cancellations and refunds are not permitted once the order is confirmed. These products are manufactured based on your specifications and are considered a final sale once the order is confirmed. As such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable after confirmation.
