Shipping Fee
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States, including U.S. territories.
Shipping fees for international orders are calculated based on your order total and shipping destination. Final charges, including any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees, will be shown at checkout.
Note: Taxes, duties, and fees imposed by customs or local authorities outside the U.S. are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Orders
At The Panel Hub, we strive to dispatch all orders within an estimated 1-2 business days after payment is processed. Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as your location, customs processing, or carrier delays. In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately for logistical efficiency, ensuring your items arrive in the best possible condition. Please note that once your order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you as the customer, as outlined in the shipment contract.
Shipping Methods
a. Doorstep Delivery
FedEx provides fast, secure doorstep delivery without the need for an appointment or signature. Please note that this service does not include unpacking, placement inside the home, or assembly. Packages are left at the delivery address, and while convenient, this service carries a higher risk of theft. Any loss or theft after delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
b. Threshold Delivery
With Threshold Delivery, items are brought to the nearest dry area of your home, such as your entryway, front porch, or garage. A signature is required at the time of delivery to confirm receipt.
This service does not include unpacking or assembly. Walking up 2 flights of stairs is included. If the delivery requires moving items beyond the entry level, for example, upstairs or to another floor without elevator access, additional charges may apply. Delivery appointments are scheduled in advance, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone 18 years or older is present at the agreed time. Missed appointments may result in rescheduling fees.
c. White Glove Delivery (where available)
Our highest level of service, White Glove Delivery ensures your furniture is delivered into the room of your choice, unpacked, assembled, and all packaging removed. This service is complimentary for orders above $2,000.
Customers must confirm the installation appointment within 7 days of delivery. Failure to confirm or accept the scheduled service within this period may result in forfeiture of the free installation, and additional service fees may apply for rescheduling. White Glove Delivery does not include the removal of existing furniture, structural alterations to your home, or services outside the agreed scope.
Taxes and Duties
For orders shipped within the USA and European countries, applicable taxes and duties will be calculated during checkout. It is essential for you to ensure compliance with local tax and duty regulations in your region. The Panel Hub is not responsible for additional fees imposed by local customs authorities upon delivery.
Address Accuracy
To ensure a smooth delivery process, it is crucial to provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has been shipped, it is no longer possible to make changes to the shipping address. If a package is returned to The Panel Hub due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be contacted to correct the information, and the package will be reshipped at an additional shipping fee.
Any applicable taxes or duties may also apply. Please ensure you include a daytime telephone number with your order to facilitate smooth communication during delivery.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor your delivery. Standard delivery times are estimated to range from 2-7 business days after shipment. For rural or remote areas, delivery may require an estimated additional 2-3 business days.In certain circumstances—such as natural disasters, political disruptions, or other unforeseen events—delivery may take longer than expected. If delays occur, our team will proactively notify you and keep you informed about your order's progress.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
