Do you offer custom lengths for large commercial orders?
For qualifying volume orders, we can discuss custom sizing and finishing options. Please contact your dedicated trade representative to discuss the specific requirements of your project.
How do I apply for a trade account?
Application is simple. Complete our online form with your business details and resale certificate (if applicable). Most accounts are verified and activated within one business day.
What kind of pricing do trade members get?
Tiered pricing based on annual spend. Higher volume unlocks better pricing across the entire SoundPanel, GroovePanel, and RockSurface catalogs. Specific discount levels and thresholds are confirmed during onboarding so you know exactly what tier applies to your projects. For one-off large orders that fall outside your usual tier, the trade team can quote project pricing separately.
Can panels ship directly to my client's job site?
Yes. The trade team handles drop-shipping to any US address. You can split a single order across multiple job sites if you're running parallel projects. Tracking goes to both you and your client (or just to you, if you prefer). For LTL freight orders to commercial job sites, the carrier coordinates delivery appointments with the on-site contact.
What if my project needs custom sizes or finishes?
Custom sizes and finishes may be available for trade projects above a minimum order quantity, depending on the availability. The standard catalog covers most project needs, but for unique requirements (specialty stains, matched wood tones from existing furniture, oversized panels for double-height walls) the trade team can quote custom production. Lead times for custom orders run 4-8 weeks depending on the spec.
