Installation & Downloads

The Panel Hub^® range has been designed to be installed with ease. We recommend either screwing the panels straight into the wall, using the correct fixings, through the acoustic felt or if you are looking to increase the sound properties further, screwing them into batons. If installing on ceilings, the panels can be screwed straight into ceiling joists.

When cutting your panels, it's important to check where you are cutting in relation to the backing staples. If you cut the panels close to the staples, you may notice some slats lifting away from the backing where the panel has been cut. This is completely normal and is quickly rectified by adding additional staples through the backing felt or using a grab adhesive on the back of the slats.

How do you ship the panels?

You’ll receive your panels in reinforced cartons, packed to arrive in perfect condition. Each box includes a quick install guide to help you get started. Delivery timing and coverage per carton are listed on each product page.

How do I install the panels?

You can install the panels using either method below:

Glue Installation: Apply Loctite PL Premium 3X Construction Adhesive to the back of each panel. Press firmly onto a clean, smooth wall and hold for a few seconds to secure.
Nail Gun Installation: Use DeWalt 2″ 18-Gauge Brad Nailer to fasten panels directly to drywall.

Do you produce custom panel sizes or designs?

We offer a range of standard sizes suitable for most projects, and panels can be easily cut down or joined together for larger areas.

While we currently don’t offer full bespoke designs, we often handle custom-size projects for commercial clients.

Can I use the panels outdoors?

The panels are designed for interior use only and should not be exposed to direct rain, sunlight, or outdoor humidity.

What surfaces can I install on?

You can install on drywall, plaster, plywood/MDF, or prepared masonry. Uneven walls work fine, panel structure will adjust to minor imperfections. Make sure the surface is dry, solid, and free of dust for best result

How do I install around plug sockets, windows, and other wall-mounted items?

It’s simple. Cut through the slats with a sharp electric or hand saw, and trim the felt with a utility knife for a snug fit around sockets, switches, or window frames.

Can I hide wires behind the panels?

Yes, you can. Most cables are thin enough to fit comfortably behind the panels without needing extra spacing.

Do I need to hide the edges?

The slats are the same color throughout, so a cut edge will look like the rest of the panel without any extra steps.

What finish has been applied to the panels?

Each panel has a professionally applied satin oil finish that provides even color, a soft sheen, and surface protection straight out of the box.

How do I clean the panels?

Wipe panels with a microfiber cloth to remove dust. For marks or smudges, simply use a damp cloth, no chemicals needed.

What’s your return policy?

You can return unused panels within 60 days in their original packaging. Every panel is covered by a 5-year residential and commercial warranty for peace of mind.
