Eligibility for Return
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unopened, uninstalled, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. We require images of the package, showing the item in its original packaging and undamaged, before initiating the return.
Please contact us at support@thepanelhub.com to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
If you initiate a return after 7 days due to surplus or a change in your requirements, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. This fee helps cover the inspection and restocking of the returned items.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged. If free delivery was offered, and you choose to return the product because it is no longer wanted or was ordered incorrectly, the refund will be processed minus the initial delivery cost.
If you need assistance with return shipping, we can provide a discounted return label for your convenience, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you find any damage or other issues, you must report them to us as soon as possible. Contact us at support@thepanelhub.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue. Failure to report damages or defects promptly may result in the inability to rectify the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Samples or sample boxes
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the courier. Please note that claims may take several weeks to resolve, though we strive to address them as quickly as possible. Once confirmed as lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
If the courier tracking shows the item was delivered to your address, and you claim you did not receive it, you must notify us within 24 hours via email. We will investigate the matter, but if the tracking shows proof of delivery, we cannot issue a refund. However, we will do everything possible to assist you in resolving the situation.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Before returning any items, please send us images of the packages, including the ends and the body of the package, and provide the reason for the return. Await confirmation from us before proceeding with the return. Once confirmed, please include your name and order number on the box, and if you’re using your own return label, send us the tracking number once the item has been shipped.
