Our SoundPanel® is engineered for acoustic performance. It combines slatted design with a felt-backed structure to achieve an NRC rating of 0.82, helping reduce echo and improve sound clarity in living spaces, offices, and studios.

The Panel Hub™ offers two main product lines. SoundPanel® are sized at H 94.5" x W 23.6" & GroovePanel® are typically sized at H 23.6" x W 23.6". Of course, if you need a certain size or need them customized, you are more than welcomed to contact our support team.

At The Panel Hub™, we pride ourselves on using real wood surfaces with rounded, smooth edges and superior noise reduction. Unlike other brands that use cheaper materials like HPL laminates, our panels provide a more authentic, durable, and premium experience, backed by our 5-year warranty and free professional installation for minimum orders.

The number of panels included per box depends on the product line.

• SoundPanel: Each box contains 2 full-size acoustic slat panels.
• GroovePanel: Each box includes 3 or more decorative panels, depending on the design.

Yes, our wall panels can be mounted using adhesive or glue. We recommend using high-quality construction adhesive for a secure and long-lasting installation. Please refer to our installation guide for detailed instructions.

Yes! We provide easy-to-follow installation instructions with each panel purchase. For larger orders or complex installations, we do offer add-on white glove installation service.

Our wood panels are easy to maintain with regular dusting or light cleaning using a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, we recommend using a gentle wood cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive tools that could damage the surface.

Our wall panels come with a 5-year limited warranty, ensuring peace of mind regarding their durability and performance. This warranty covers defects in material and manufacturing but does not cover damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

We offer a 60-day return policy on unused and unopened panels. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 60 days of receiving the product for a return or exchange. Please note that custom orders are non-returnable.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, you can expect delivery within 2-7 business days for most orders. Some orders may go as long as 3-5 weeks. For custom or bulk orders, shipping may take longer, but our team will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase.

We ship to the continental United States and internationally. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
