How do the panels arrive?

Panels ship in protective cartons with reinforced packaging. Coverage per carton varies by product; see each product page for exact square footage. An install guide is included.

How do I install the panels?

Make sure the wall is smooth, flat, and clean. Sand or skim as needed to get it flush. Cut panels with a table saw. Apply a quality adhesive and press firmly.

Suitable options include Mapei Ultrabond Eco GPT, Mapei Ultrabond Eco 875, Bostik Best, Liquid Nails Heavy Duty, Loctite PL Premium, Weldwood Contact Cement, Roberts 1407, or OMNIGrip. Follow the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions.

What is the lead time?

Orders to the contiguous U.S. ship via FedEx® and typically arrive in 2-5 business days. Orders to Europe and the Middle East ship via DHL or GLS with 2-5 business day delivery. For all other regions, see delivery options at checkout.

Do you produce custom sizes?

Standard sizes only. Panels can be trimmed on site and joined for larger coverage. See spec sheets for dimensions and edge details.

Can I use the panels in bathrooms or kitchens?

Yes, in dry, well-ventilated areas away from direct water or steam. Not for shower walls, backsplashes that receive direct splashes, or other wet zones.

Can the panels be used outdoors?

The tiles can be used in both indoor and outdoor applications.

Which surfaces are suitable?

Primed drywall, plaster, plywood/MDF, and properly prepared masonry. Avoid uneven, dusty, or textured surfaces unless leveled and primed.

Where should I not use the panels?

Do not install on exterior walls without conditioning, inside showers, or directly on or too close to heat sources and fireplaces. Always follow local codes and appliance clearances.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we offer samples for all types of products. You only need to pay $1 to receive samples in all color variants. The samples are shipped within 2-3 days, and we provide free shipping for the continental US. How do I finish or hide exposed edges?

The tiles have been designed to have the edge exposed.

Can the panels be painted or stained?

Finished panels are not intended to be repainted or restained. If you need a different tone, order the closest factory finish or test on a sample first. Solid-wood tiles accept stain; veneer requires professional finishing and is not recommended to alter on site.

Should I grout the panels?

No. Panels are designed for tight seams with built-in expansion allowance. Do not use grout.

What is your return policy?
