100 % Real Wood Veneer
No laminates. No plastic films.
Our panels are crafted from 100% real American hardwood veneers, sourced and hand-selected from FSC®-certified forests across North America. While many others opt for HPL, printed grain, or synthetic laminates, we stay true to nature. That means real oak grain, natural texture, and warm tones that only deepen with time.
Acufelt™ Backing
With an industry-leading Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of 0.82, our SoundPanel® line significantly reduces echo and reverberation. This performance comes from our upgraded Acufelt™ backing, denser at 1,500g/m² and thicker at 15mm. Typical market options use only 9mm felt at around 1,100g/m², making our construction significantly superior.

Three Sided Wood Surface
Most slat panels expose raw edges, not ours. Each slat is wrapped with real wood veneer on three visible sides (top, front, and bottom), delivering a more polished, seamless appearance from every angle.
This level of detail is often reserved for luxury millwork, but we’ve made it standard.
Rounded Edges, Only at The Panel Hub™
The difference is in the edges. Every slat edge is precision-milled with a 2.5mm radius curve, then hand-finished for a smooth, tactile feel. The result? A more refined profile that feels at home in both residential and commercial interiors, and gentle to the touch.

Water-Resistant CoreShield™
Every panel is built on our proprietary CoreShield™ system, featuring high-density Moisture-Resistant MDF (MR-MDF) at its core. This engineered substrate is strengthened with melamine-modified resin and hydrophobic additives to prevent swelling, warping, and moisture absorption.
Because we use real wood veneer, the natural tannins in the surface add an extra layer of moisture resistance along with inherent anti-microbial benefits.
UV-Resistant SurfaceGuard™
Our proprietary SurfaceGuard™ finish uses embedded UV-blocking agents to protect against discoloration, yellowing, and surface wear.
Lab-tested for over 1,500 hours of simulated sunlight exposure, our panels retain over 95% of their original color, even in bright, sunlit interiors. That means your walls stay vibrant and true, no matter where they’re installed.
