You’ll receive your panels in reinforced cartons, packed to arrive in perfect condition. Each box includes a quick install guide to help you get started. Delivery timing and coverage per carton are listed on each product page.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Once an order has been processed and a tracking number has been issued, the shipment is considered released to the carrier.

If you want to request a change to the delivery address after a tracking number has been generated, the request will require a carrier-level shipment reroute. Due to the additional handling, administrative processing, and carrier fees associated with rerouting an active shipment, a $200 address change fee will apply.

You can install the panels using either method below:

  • Glue Installation: Apply Loctite PL Premium 3X Construction Adhesive to the back of each panel. Press firmly onto a clean, smooth wall and hold for a few seconds to secure.
  • Nail Gun Installation: Use DeWalt 2″ 18-Gauge Brad Nailer to fasten panels directly to drywall.

While our panels are engineered with moisture- and UV-resistant feature, wood slat acoustic panels are designed for interior use only and should not be exposed to direct and extensive rain, sunlight, or outdoor humidity.

You can install on drywall, plaster, plywood/MDF, or prepared masonry. Uneven walls work fine, panel structure will adjust to minor imperfections. Make sure the surface is dry, solid, and free of dust for best result.

The slats are the same color throughout, so a cut edge will look like the rest of the panel without any extra steps.

No. Our White Glove or Professional Installation service include basic wall mounting and standard installation only. Removal of existing units, door installation, structural modifications, and disposal of materials are not included.
